Dear patients and parents,
During this time of Thanksgiving, take time to stop and remember the blessings you and your family are enjoying. We are very grateful for you, our patients. From the seasoned patients to the littlest patients we are grateful for all of the smiles you bring us.
We will continue with the following safety measures as well:
- All patients 10 years of age and older must come to the appointment with a mask. Patients age 2-10 years of age masks are recommended but not required. Please bring your own mask to your appointment.
- Visitors are limited to the patient and an adult to accompany the patient if needed.
- New patients or patients that need to complete/update paperwork must complete the forms prior to their appointment. The forms are found under the information tab on our website, OSNTX.com. Please email the completed forms to osntx@entkidsadults.com
